Do your customers need to be at home during the cleaning service?

Our clients do not need to be at home.

Do your customers need to do something to prepare for the cleaning service (like tidy up, take care of the pets, etc)?

Remove any pets that may distract cleaners to do their jobs in a safe environment. Tidying for the Cleaners would be appreciated

How does your cancellation policy work?

A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. If we are not notified and our team arrives at the property, a $75 cancellation fee will be charged.

Service Details

Do you require your customers to provide cleaning tools or cleaning supplies?

None.

If a client requests the same cleaning technician/maid for each service, how do you manage it?

We put a note of that in our system to respect the client’s request
